Four Alabama players announced their intention Thursday to enter the NFL draft.

Redshirt junior quarterback Mac Jones, junior wide receiver Jaylen Waddle, junior cornerback Patrick Surtain and redshirt sophomore defensive tackle Christian Barmore will all be considered early entrants to the draft. AL.com’s Matt Zenitz reported Wednesday the decisions to leave school were expected.

AL.com reported Wednesday that junior cornerback Josh Jobe and redshirt junior outside linebacker Christopher Allen were expected to stay in Tuscaloosa for another season. Redshirt junior defensive lineman Phidarian Mahis announced Thursday he would also remain in school.

Running back Brian Robinson is among seniors expected to take advantage of the NCAA’s unique blanket eligibility waiver this season and remain with the team in 2021, AL.com reported Wednesday.

My only regret this season is that we Bama fans didn't get to see a full season of Jaylon Waddle.

Yeah, hated it when he got hurt. So happy he was able to get back and play in the CFP. Read so much of the media folk blasting that he played; the dude wanted to play and not only did he, he contributed as well with three catches and a couple of third down conversions...

Shows a lot 'bout this team that two guys with season ending injuries lobbied to and got into the championship game...

Amazing how every year these guys are class acts and represent the university.

All these guys made the right decision, hope they do well in the NFL

Keeping Jobe and Allen will be a huge bonus. Glad BRob is coming back. Backfield is loaded!

Yep...it looks like everyone has made the right decisions. Good for them. I also wish we could have seen a full season of Waddle as the WR1, but very glad he was able to get that NC ring before leaving. No one wants to be the first Saban recruit to leave without a NC ring. So 2021 signing class... you've got 3 years boys.

One of these years some dude who plans on returning needs to pull the ol rope-a-dope on us with this press conference. Has anyone who participated ever announced he was coming back? Seems like they always do it on Twitter or Insta these days.

A few years back there was a press conference where 4 of them said they were coming back.

Anybody know why Moses wasn't there? He is a junior technically seems he should have been there.
