Well, he's now going to be living in/around one of the most beautiful places in the U.S. Can't say that I blame him if that's what he wants. Some players care more about other things than winning, I reckon. More power to him.

I can say that I blame him. If he wanted to go to school in a beautiful, highly ranked state and not care about winning or being prepared for the NFL etc then fine, do it but he should have never committed to play at Bama in the first place. He wasn't a last minute commit that had a hard time choosing. He decided early and never wavered. The kid just realized that he was gonna have to work his arse off here and he wasn't cut out for it. I don't expect to hear much about him the next few years honestly.
