Many changes.
I like them all except for ripping up the cliffs around Jack Warner Parkway.

Well we could drive cars around the quad in 2004 for one. And drive from New Row past the Ferg to the Publix.

The transformation of Marr's Spring is gorgeous. I had no idea it previously looked like that. Probably my favorite place to study outside.

As a compliment, it looks more and more like Samford on steroids.

96 here. The area of campus around the Ferguson Center is unrecognizable to me. I remember when they built the parking deck by Paty Hall.

2000 grad here. I think its a shame that the Gorgas House fell into the poor look it was in.

My office looked out over Foster auditorium and I always wished something more significant would commemorate the history of that spot. Back then there was just one tiny plaque on the wall. Well done.

It was an eyesore.

I used to walk through there for class.

I would be fine with that spot being completely forgotten.

Unless you're talking about the X on the basketball court. That spot is awesome.

That moment is so infamous that it will not be forgotten in any of our lifetimes. But I would've preferred they not build a tower of shame there.

We have to remember the good as well as the bad parts of our history.

It was nothing more than a photo op/PR stunt.

The UA system overall is growing and updating. The UAH campus demolished an old classroom building and built a new student services.

They have also built a new Union for students/faculty

New dorm building to compliment the one in the background, currently under construction

Recently bought land from Huntsville City Schools where the old elementary school site to further expand and bought land across from the campus on Sparkman Dr(where the main text of building names) to expand further with more dorms and mixed used development.

With the campus and population growing at this rate wouldn't be surprised to see enrollment at 20k in 15 years.

I remember walking by Russell Hall pre-renovation when there was a sign outside showing what it was supposed to look like once renovations were complete. I thought people had lost their minds thinking it would actually look like that.

It looks better than those original renderings. The physical difference between the before and after is incredible.
