Absolutely crazy game, don't know how Raiders won it after squandering all their advantage. Chargers converted 6 4th down conversions to tie the game. Herbert was outstanding.
Jacobs was dominant as the game went along and especially in the OT. 26 rushes for 132yds 1TD + 2 catches for 12. Raiders win puts Steelers& Najee/Minkah/Buggs/Hassenaur in the Playoffs.

I don't know how you can have a winning record winning 8 of your last 9, with 5 of your 8 losses to playoff teams... and get fired.

I mean the first five games of the season you didn't have your starting QB and went 1-5.

You got your QB back and went 8-3 and get fired

That is wild! I thought he deserved another year at minimum.

Yea, there must've been something going on behind the scenes.

Could be because Harbaugh wants back in the league. The Dolphins’s owner is a Michigan guy and has wanted Harbaugh to be their coach before.

Flores apparently rubbed people in the organization the wrong way. It's a positive sign for Tua. They just need to make good hires at HC and OC and put together a halfway decent OL via the draft and FA and publicly support Tua 100% going into 2022. They can make a decision after that on Tua, but the public flirtations with other QBs needs to stop. That's not how you develop a 2nd year QB that was basically a rookie this season.

Najee Harris:
Steelers RB Najee Harris finished his rookie regular season with 381 touches, more than any other player in the league.

He had 0 fumbles.

That's the second most touches by a player in a single season in NFL history without a fumble.

I don't think that's positive for Tua. It's wasn't Flores, but the owner, who wants Watson. I think Flores was probably in his corner.

It might just be some quality spin coming out of the Dolphins HQ, but apparently the situation was the exact opposite of this. Owner and GM like Tua and Flores hated him to the point that rushing him back from injury last year before repeatedly benching him was possibly intended to create the impression that he's a bad player and they needed to draft someone else in 2021. Like their relationship was apparently toxic on a personal level, not just a professional level.

Pats vs Bills weather for Saturday night

If you remember, the weather was very much a factor in the first matchup between these two teams at Highmark Stadium and it appears like these clubs could be playing in the elements once again. CBS Boston is forecasting temperatures to be in the single digits with wind chill below zero for this matchup. Weather.com also adds that there will be 10 mph winds on Saturday night

Winds were gusting to 40-50 mph last time...I don't think it'll be nearly that bad, but 'ol Florida boy Mac might want to slip on an extra pair of long johns...gonna be coooooold.

Was hoping they'd get Cincy... it'll be a balmy low 30s there.

More good news: The MRI came back clean for Christian Barmore, source said. We’ll see on his practice status for this week, but no major injury revealed.

Hate to say it, but that didn't read well for Tua. Made him look weak

Just the complaining to a coach that you don't know how to communicate seems kind of like a weak argument. Just my opinion

Pretty sure that Minkah had similar complaints when he was in Miami.
