Pretty good odds both Miami and Philly will be one and done in the playoffs.

49ers have a cakewalk to the Super Bowl.

Titans fired Vrabel. 2 straight losing seasons but still kind of surprised. Damn if they didn't mismanage their QB situation over the years though.

Interesting cause the expectation is that if Belichick leaves Jerod Mayo is the next in line. Wonder if this would change anything. Not sure if Kraft has made any promises.

Belichick going to the Falcons would just be the weirdist thing ever if it happened

If he goes to the Pats, I wonder if he keeps Mac.

He would instantly sour his relationship with the fans. The same can be said, although to a lesser degree with Zappe. There is a large contingent who want them both out but they even more so with Mac. The fan base has completely turned on him.

Let the usual coaching recycle begin. Vrabel gets fired because he didn't get the job done...yet will have multiple options to be HC somewhere else right after being fired. No field rewards failure like sports...both pro and semi-pro college. Once in the fraternity, even the biggest loser gets taken care of.

Vrabel was mentioned for New England during the season...who knows. Good coach, but to me he just looked uninterested on the Titans sideline.

If Belichick does move on, it better be to a team with an established veteran QB because he lucked up with Brady and never had to actually develop a young QB for years and failed miserably when he needed to.

I don't see Mac staying in New England. He needs a fresh start. But it's funny how Pats fans got their precious Zappe...and he ended up with worse stats than Mac everywhere.
They'll definitely draft a QB...and NOW will actually try to help him by putting talent around him... and their fans will think QB X is just such an improvement over Mac.

Most have implied it is promised to Mayo or he would have left. Considering how Vrabel has handled QB situations he might not be a popular hire outside of him being a Pats legend. The people up here really unhappy about QB management and play since Brady left.

Generally I'd agree, but Vrabel is a damn good coach that got sabotaged by upper management. I would be surprised if whoever they hire to replace him is an upgrade.

I believe the King is gone. Hope he goes anywhere, Philly, KC, anywhere that has a shot to win it all.

Vrabel is a relic to an old nfl. Hire Bobby Slowik is the move.
