Yeah I really did want Allen. We got Hart in that class and pushed really hard for Crowell.
If Allen hadn't been hurt I believe we would have gotten him. Yeldon would be his backup.

Note: Hand committing gives us a realistic shot of breaking all the site recruiting records. On rivals, Ohio ST. had 2 top 5 at no.'s 1 & 3 sign in 2008. We could have 3 top 5 at no.'s 1,3, & 5 sign. On 247 sports, USCw had 4 top 10 at no.'s 1,6,7, & 10 sign in 2007. We could have 5 top 10 at no.'s 1,2,5,6, & 7 sign. On ESPN, Florida had 4 top 10 at no.'s 1,3,9, & 10 sign in 2010. We could have 4 top 10 as well but higher ranked at no.'s 1,3,6, & 9 sign. Oh how sweet it is to be an Alabama fan. ROLL DAMN TIDE!!

That's the composite. He's #7 on 247's ranking. ESPN has him at 292 and Rivals has him at 215.

This post has to be incorrect, all I have read on this site for the last year was that LSU would have the best class in history this year, you must be mistaken.
