I think Stanford/MSU would be a 9-6 game.

Or a 0-0 game going into OT.

The first half of the Stanford-Oregon game lasted an hour and fifteen minutes, with an extra down to boot. The officials also reviewed a play.

Have you ever seen a half of a college football game go by that fast? I haven't.

Stanford.

This is soooo fun to watch. Real football dominating a pussy spread team. I hope the media stops the hype on teams like Oregon.

It's not that far fetched though.

Baylor has a tougher schedule than any of the other undefeated teams left, excluding us.

Let them be pissed.

No way voters would put Baylor over FSU.

That said, Florida could upset FSU if the defense showed up and FSU was sleep walking, but I wouldn't bet on it.

I'm looking for meltdowns on Oregon's board. So far...

quote:

"Stanford's offensive line would wreck Alabama right now."

No they wouldn't. Alabama would effing smash Stanford. So would FSU

quote:

SEC boys are all saying , "I told you so". Hate David Pollack.

Well they're right... so.....

quote:

Our D looks worse than OSU and UCLA's. Even if we win we lose. ' Bama would be mowing us down.

quote:

sadly we are playing like the pussy's everyone says we are.

quote:

This game is over. Pathetic. All the talk about our lines being elite is a bunch of shite. This is a team that UCLA and OS held to a combined 10 points in the first half. Anybody who defends Aliotti needs their head examined. Do Utah and the Beavers have more talent than us? Army? lmfao

It's too bad Stanford lost to Utah. I'd love to see us play them in the championship game. Old school, 3 yards and a cloud of dust football.

frick that spread shite.

Could still happen. FSU loses to Florida or someone. Ohio State drops it to UM. Baylor loses vs... someone. Not completely inconceivable. Of course, we could still lose too

LSU scares me. Auburn does too. But I think this team is mentally stronger than any team we've had under Saban. I think we go undefeated.

Sammie Coates going deep scares me, but even then he has to catch it, and his hands have been arse at times.

But other than that, they're a running team. They really run power out of the spread. That won't be Alabama. If Jeremy Johnson was the starter all year I'd be more worried. Kid is gonna be good.

No they aren't. They will probably go 7-5 at best, and might very well go 6-6.

Stanford had a formation last night that I think we should try and work into our system

St. Augustine running back Leonard Fournette. He will take to the road this weekend for a trip to Tuscaloosa to watch two of his finalist go head-to-head. While the trip isn't unexpected or alarming for LSU fans, it will still make some nervous as Fournette has spoken very highly of the Alabama program for a few years now.

It will be an unofficial visit according to his father, which could be telling of future plans. Perhaps he plans to take another visit to Alabama later in the process or he may just want to save an official for someone else, either way, it is a little surprising.

quote:

Neville safety Laurence "Hootie" Jones is expected to attend, although it doesn't appear that this will be an official visit due to his mother having prior engagements that will keep her at home for this trip.

quote:

Another big LSU target from New Orleans is expected to make the journey is John Curtis' dynamic receiver Malachi Dupre. Long thought to be a strong LSU lean, Dupre has also shown some signs that he is still a little uncertain and looking at other programs. Florida State is thought to be one of the strong contenders, but Dupre has also taken a look at Alabama. Now he will get his chance to take in one of the year's most anticipated match-ups. Things still look good for the Tigers in regards to Dupre, but his trip to Tuscaloosa will certainly turn some heads
