Hootie is supposed to announce mid-November. Just about all the other targets will be after the new year

I would say our priorities are Hootie Jones, CJ Hampton, Matt Elam, Marlon Humphrey. I know we want at least one more on the oline.

I think it doesn't lock them in to an idividual school though. I think they can apply, and sign financial aid agreements, to multiple schools.
For instance, say a player has narrowed his list to five schools and is an EE, he can technically sign an agreement with all five finalists. It's not valid until he steps on campus.

Will that keep the school obligated to provide a scholarship in that scenario? So the kid could, in theory, continue to shop around until January while the institution must give that recruit a scholarship in the end even if the school has found someone better. If so, that would really suck.
