I’ll be at the game. Going to put some money on Bama. The only time I put money on Bama was when we beat NC and went to the final four.

Park over where Mr. Chen's is. Those shuttles take forever to get back to the soccer fields after the game.

That’s where we’ve parked my entire life. It’s an easy walk and easy to get back headed home.

Same, been crossing the railroad tracks there for games since I was a kid. You can scoot down Hackberry to McFarland or go down 15th and get on 359. Either way, after the game you're on I20 20-30 minutes quicker than anyone in the soccer lot.

I was in Columbus over the weekend.

Ate at Proffitt's Porch before heading over to join Boz at the game.

Still no internet out there.

Yep, big game. Been looking forward to this all week. I have no idea what Purdue has but I think Alabama with Oats as coach can beat anyone on the right night when the offense is rolling.

Bethea told me at the signing events few weeks ago “I’ll be back soon”. He was in a boot at the time but looks like he’s out that bitch now

I’m VERY high on Bethea

Put TBB on Kaufman -Renn, and let the guards cook. You have to know Philon has been waiting for Smith.

I said what I said Saturday if we rebound we will win.

I don’t think they can stay in front of our Guards.

Need TBB to man up like he did Saturday

Oats has fielded two top 5 defenses that featured Shack (20-21) and JQ (22-23) in significant roles and they were traffic cones. There probably isn't a Herb or Bediako on this team, but we've still seen it be done. And we don't need a top 5 defense to have a great season with this offense. Just a decent one

We don't even need a Top 150 scoring defense with our offense. The seasons won the SEC regular season we were ranked somewhere in the #100 to #125 range nationally in scoring defense.

Heck, we've been ranked in the mid 200s nationally in scoring defense most years under Nate and still had great seasons...lol

Those are the same 2 seasons the other poster referenced as top 5 defenses. We play so fast, scoring defense isn’t a good reflection of the quality of defense. The efficiency metrics that use points per possession (PPP) are much better barometers of how good the defense is. We were top 5 in PPP the years we won the SEC regular season.
