Give me one of the other 7s like Va Tech or Ok St. all day instead of Kansas.
Oklahoma State has the #1 pick in next year's draft and Virginia Tech has already beaten Villanova and Virginia.
Main takeaway is that by the time you get the 2nd round as anything other than a dominating #1 seed (Baylor, Gonzaga), if you are facing the chalk seed (and not a wild upset), it's going to be a team good enough to beat you.

KenPom seems to like them - but they've only played 1 P5 team, Wisconsin, and they lost by 12 and were down by by 16 at the 10 minute mark. So I'm not really sure what to make of them.

Goodman is smoking crack. We ain’t top 15 right now imo.
Sure, we have dropped off from the murder machine that was dropping Florida/LSU/Arkansas by 20-30 points.
But I think people are just gun shy about previous February/March collapses.
Losing by 5 on the road v. #12 Oklahoma and by 3 on the road to #10 Missouri on off shooting days without Bruner and with Herb/Reese/JQ/Rojas all battling various ailments is a long way from that.
The Alabama that caused our February PTSD loses those games by 20+, not 3-5 points.
We just need to get healthy. There aren't any more Missouris and Oklahomas on the schedule.

I will admit when the score was 64-44 on Saturday with 6:18 to go, I thought "oh great, here we go again!"
Then we went on a 21-2 run over the next 5 minutes and cut it to 66-65 with 1:14 to go. And had 2 FANTASTIC looks to take the lead and just couldn't convert them. A layup that hits inside the rim twice and doesn't fall, and a foul no-call.
That convinced me this team is different, even though we didn't complete the comeback.

Gary starting over Reese tonight. Strategic or Oats letting Gary start at Home?

Small ball ftw.

I like the aggressive start, even with a miss and a goal tend.

Primo should not be starting over Ellis

That doesn’t look good. Gary is screaming loudly under the basket.
