What did y’all see in Bruners injury? It didn’t seem like he banged knees, rolled his ankle, or anything. It just seems like a weird, ghost injury

Think his prosthetic leg gave out.

In all seriousness, it would really put a damper on this year if he's out. He's provided much more than just being a presence inside. He passes the ball well, hits 3, and is one of the leaders on the court. We need him.

Yep and I am surprised we still won by 20 with him missing entire second half.

Of the Top 40 NET teams, only 3 teams have 7 Q1/Q2 wins

Alabama - 7
Clemson - 7
Michigan - 7

Just as likely to miss the tournament as to win it...

Well I'm fully invested now so that is probably pretty likely

That's gonna depend on what we find out about Bruner and Herb. I think if they only end up missing 3 or 4 games we can survive it. If they're done for like a month, it not for the year, things get pretty dicey. Primo will have to play like he did last night every night and Gary and KAH will need to find their big boy pants and put them on.

TeamRankings always seems to give us a little more love than the other bracketologies and analytical rankings

Losing Bruner would really sting. Guy's a veteran, team leader, great passer, confident shooter.
Man, I hope it's not the ACL. Simple non contact, stop & turn play. Something he does everyday in a game or practice.

Yea - the Bruner and Herb diagnosis are.......large. We've bought ourselves wiggle room to lose them for 2-3 weeks - not to mention we've got other guys playing really well.

But losing them for the season (Bruner specifically), that would be a big loss for accomplishing big goals.

Herb is at Andrews. He just walked past me in the lobby, hand wrapped in huge bandage. Someone asked if he’s OK and he said yes but who knows.

Whatever, we all know Herb can play starters minutes and shoot free throws with one hand. He good.

From Bracketmatrix. All of these brackets were posted before the Kentucky game. Our schedule is littered with Quad 1 and 2 games. Itll be tough but its also an opportunity to shoot for a great seed

That's what I was thinking. A one hand Herb is still legit

We beat Auburn, Tennessee, and Kentucky all on the road. Great start!
