Herb hasnt improved even slightly on offense. Maybe dude is just gonna be like a Michael-kidd-Gilchrist type forever

Yeah, I think so too.
Quick as a hiccup, but still manages to stay in control and keep his vision. Seems like the game moves slower to him than others.
