Florida still isn't a very good team imo. Beating Virginia Tech and Oral Roberts ain't going to change that for me.

They beat 3 seed WV earlier in the year too, @WV. They definitely arent bad.

Kenpom has Florida at 34. When I was thinking of an SEC team that could make a run, it definitely wasn’t them but if the bracket falls in your favor, so be it.

I think it’s possible the SEC was a little underrated by some people (not everyone), but I don’t know that I buy Florida making it to the Sweet 16 via wins over Va Tech and Oral Roberts as proof of that (although they’re both solid wins and good for Florida).
Just like I don’t buy that Tennessee’s absolute face plant is a sign that the SEC really sort of stinks.

Oral Roberts is the most unlikeable Cinderella school I can remember. But they play some good ball.
