How you boys feeling? In my many, many experiences watching Auburn play in the NCAA tournament I feel like the first round has a sense of nervousness that you don’t really get after that. Maybe it’s just the “dont f this up” fear coming on strong

Honestly I'm not very nervous about tommorow. If it's 16-14 at the 10 mark I will be, but in general I'm not.

I'll be terrified of the 2nd round game.

Being a 2 seed probably helps lol

This may have already been discussed, but Houston may have the easiest path to the Final Four.

They also seem to be the least talked about top 2 seed.

And the specific opponent. If it was Grand Canyon or ORU I would feel a little different. I just don't think there's any way Iona can run with us.

The fact that they either get Rutgers or Clemson in round 2 is some bullshite

San Diego State has been really good for years now and I don't know anything about them or their ex players outside of Khawi Leonard 15 years ago.

I feel ashamed of myself

They've had a solid football run too. Probably a top 5 mid-major across the big 2 sports.

Yep - and apparently building a new football stadium too.

Definitely did a double take when I saw there was another Arcidiacono at Villanova. For some reason, I have super clear memories of beating the hell out the older brother’s Villanova team when he was a hyped up freshman back in like 2012 or 2013.

I remember thinking he wasn’t going to be that good, and then he won a national championship and we could barely make the NIT.

I love Antoine. And he has hit some of the biggest Shots in program history.

The Layup to win the SEC title against UF.

The floater to beat Southern Illinois in the 1st round

The 3 that put us ahead of Stanford during our comeback.

Love him

Good for you. The only thing I can think of when I think of Villanova is their great '17-'18 team boning us in the tournament.

I think their program was in danger of folding for a bit when the Chargers announced they were leaving. Hard to afford land out there in California and the upkeep on SDCCU would have been too much.

That one didn’t even bother me that much. That Villanova team was just too good. The whole second half was like the basketball version of the “that escalated quickly” gif.

Winthrop is kind of fun. They get up and down the court.

This was my #1 upset pick coming in. Granted, not that gutsy a pick considering Nova's been struggling since their PG got hurt.

Yeah by the end it was clear they would beat us 10 out of 10 times. They won every tournament game by double digits that year.
