I’ve never been more proud of a team in my life. These guys just won the dang SEC tournament on top of winning the regular season title. Unbelievable

Illinois has 3 excellent guards (with one legit star) and a gigantic human being that can score down low. They are working Ohio State at the moment.

(Let it be known that I’m not “worried” about any of the 1 seeds because that means we made it to the elite 8 or the final four).

Yea, Illinois is the scariest non-Gonzaga team in the country right now I think.

Gary has some stretches where it seems like he gets every rebound. Love the effort.

Gary has a lot of those early era Gottfried bigs in him. Plays much bigger than his stature and just soaks up rebounds and quick put backs.

He had 2-3 tips where he didn't get the rebound but we did and wouldn't have without him.

I'll give him credit for playing his arse off today, but I still have zero respect for him, or anyone else associated with LSU basketball.

I blame his parents for that, I think if he had his choice he would've went to Alabama.

He is our best option in the paint right now honestly with Bruner so limited.

He is our best rebounder for sure.

It was not one of those situations I don't believe. If you are inbounding from the baseline in the front court you are not able to go backcourt on the pass. Game should've been over. If you're at half court you can inbound into the backcourt

Good job by Wade of going right after Brunner to open the 2nd half. He couldn't guard his man and they knew it. Reese came back in after a minute gone.

he didn't have possession of the ball until he was in the back court. I think possession matters, not just touching it.

I am excited as hell to watch the show.

But I 100% appreciate, understand and agree with what he meant.

Illinois looks good. I want to avoid them and Gonzaga. Give me the Baylor and Michigan brackets all day long.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but did anyone notice that Reese didn’t get back in after he hit that three and did the chirping? Or at least I don’t think he did. Seem to be all Gary down the stretch
