They had a player on the team get that new more contagious variant. They are trying to stamp the new variant out before it get's as out of control so they're shutting them down.

The other Canadian, KAH is getting better too. But I don't know if he's got any sort of outside shot. I like his athleticism but I'm starting to think that Gary is a better fit for the offense as a slasher and more of a shooter.

He is actually a good shooter for his size, you can tell it a little bit from his free throws, he is 8 for 10 on the season.

This short highlight video shows off his three point shooting a bit.

You have to make 90 in 5 minutes(or something like that) if you don’t reach it Nate Resets the clock until the team does reach it no matter how many tries it takes

I heard that as well but wondered if the rule about only 20 hours a week of practice/meetings/games still applied. I know that used to be the rule. I mean, if we have a practice where we just can't get to that 90 number I imagine you would have to cut it off at some point to get all of your games/practice/meetings in without going over the 20 hours in a week rule.

Wouldn't surprise me if this team gets it on the first try more times than not.

I would say we probably get it on the first try most times but it probably takes at most 3 times on a bad day

He could always leave the s/c coaches in there until they make them. It would be “non mandatory”. Petty said they don’t shoot a lot of threes in practice it’s more of them shooting on their own time. Leadership.

4-0 vs Q1
5-2 vs Q2

Auburn is firmly a Q1 win now

WKU is just outside Q2 with a NET of 80. Need them to keep winning and looking at their remaining schedule they should win out

Alabama moved up to No. 9 in NET ranking after last night’s win over Mississippi State. They’re now the highest-ranked SEC team after Tennessee lost to Missouri and fell to No. 12 in NET.

Next AP & coaches polls released tomorrow.

Alabama hosts Kentucky on Tuesday night looking for a 10th win in a row. That would be Alabama’s longest winning streak since it opened the 1996-97 season with 10 in a row.

I'm little concerned about Kentucky. Kentucky is playing little better, but this time it'll be a close game instead of being blow out.

Definitely could happen - but they were playing well last time too.

I think you're underestimating how bad LSU is defensively. Kentucky can't shoot. If you deny them a bunch of uncontested layups and dunks they will struggle to score. If we play like we did on defense last night we may struggle a bit again though.

LSU just sucks. Kentucky is good and found their shots last night, but LSU is not good. They are lazy ans don't defend well.
