2nd half was much better defensively and obviously the offense got on track.

Every win is big from here out

After watching the recording, we missed at least a dozen 3pt shots that weren't terrible shots in the first half. Ole Miss was making us pass and shoot outside the arc, so the catch-and-shoot guys needed to be sharp.

Yep...and I didn't keep count but he nailed a ton after the half.

We pulled away as soon as the 3pt shots started to fall. For the game we shot 39% from the field and 38% from behind the arc. However, I feel like we had to be shooting 50%+ after halftime.

Okay, so we had 12 3PM in the 2nd half and 6 of those 12 were from Wrightsell.

Wrightsell getting his form back is huge for this team.

And as frustrating as it gets, and Lord knows we've gone complete games where we've struggled, Coach Oats tells em to just keep firing them up because we've got those streaks in us at any time.

I’ve got 2 tickets for $50 total if anyone on the board wants them for the Arkansas game. I’ll be out of town

He's probably 22-30 over that span on the ones that aren't rushed and off balance.

He's a huge weapon because it's almost a FT if we can find him open.

Ole Miss / Beard took a defensive approach we almost never see. Rush help off shooters to prevent driving and leave 3 PT shooters open.

It worked for 15 minutes but the law of averages says it's only gonna work 1 time in 50 for much longer than that.

The scout to test our catch and shoot wings and guards to take away Biz and Philon dribble drive is outdated. Guess he was hoping for those support players to be cold again?

P 37 with the poors. Aisle seats though and I’ve enjoyed them since you’re nearly at half court.

P31 aisle-ish seats. Poors represent.

How does Bama matchup with Ark? Acuff is their man and we tend to let those guys for 30+. Haven't watch them much but are they big inside defensively?

as long as Wrightsell can catch and shoot he is really good. If he has to move his feet, his percentage falls way off. He does make his defender stay out there with him though.

Regarding Arkansas, all their road conference games have literally been against the worst teams in the league (12th OM, 11th AU, 10th UGA, 15th OU, 13th MSU, 14th LSU) and they lost two of those.

It'll be different for them on Wednesday.

also next Wednesday, baseball at 4pm and hoops at 6pm. Good night to see both if have the chance.

Pretty sure the baseball game is at Samford. I’m planning to watch a few innings before the basketball game.

FYI - Baseball is at Samford on the 17th (Tuesday); they play Alabama State at 4 on Wednesday the 18th before the basketball game against Arkansas at 6.
