Defense has spent the better part of 5 years running around like idiots. Might not reflect on the scoreboard every game, but it has been a mess for a while now. Third and Golding was a very real thing, and now we have 3rd and Golding with a virtually-brand new defense

Our secondary was a pre-season question mark but no one expected that group to be this bad.
Shula’s losses were tame compared to this.

The secondary got whipped, but so did the D-line and the LBers. This was a complete collapse on defense.
Offense didn't do them any favors by turning the ball over. Lead to 14 points.

This is just the new era of CFB. These kids are different. They are the whose entire life has been on social media. It's a new age and new personalities. And now they are getting paid, they don't play for the love or to win, they play for money

I miss the days when our 5 star running backs actually got a nice work load in a game. I don't get our running backs each getting 4-5 touches a game .
