Bryce wasn't perfect but he proved he is not one to be rattled. There was every opportunity for him to go into a shell and he didn't come close.

That's a pretty great sign.

Also genuine question do you guys think we still win if Richardson plays.

Who knows - do we even know what he is?

Probably hits some big plays but does he run the option as well? I dunno.

I lost a testicle today but that was a tough game for anyone!!! UF is legit but we have some glaring weaknesses but that's ok... I'm proud of Bryce

To me the thing is Emory didn't really have to make any tough decisions today. This might have been the first game under saban where we lost and the qb really just didn't play that good. That one back shoulder in the RedZone is the only thing I can think of. Everything else were easy throws are just gashing runs

You aren't wrong there.

I'm honestly shocked at how bad we were defensively. I just did not see that coming at all.

You've had three years worth looking at Golding's defense. How did you not see it coming?

Golding's defense the last 6 games of the season last year was significantly better than this.

College Station won't be a walk in the park either. Our schedule is looking rough based on how we have played so far.

don't think Kiffin has the horses yet......UF is talented

Matt Corral and their offense is much better than Emory and Florida's.

Me too. Didn’t get rattled . Seems to be a leader on the sidelines . The moment wasn’t too big for him . Proud of him

I mean I don't think Golding is any good but we made big plays against Ohio State and shut down a Notre Dame team with a very good offensive line and limited passing.

We had absolutely no chance to stop a decent offensive line with limited passing today.

I mean we won a tough road game, but we clearly have a ways to go.

Much better to get that lesson in a win, though.

Here’s some excuses from the sunshine pumpers over on the Bama sub Reddit:

I don't really want to get into this argument again, but man, at some point, it does not matter what plays the coordinator is calling if the guys are missing tackles, blowing assignments, and just losing their battles. That ain't on the coordinator.

That was close, but maybe good to go thru something like this and come out with a win .

Winning is a privilege right?

100%

And it was a Top 15 team on the road, not 5-5 Ole Miss like last year.

Yeah, it's obviously better to win than to lose but this team has a ton of work to do if they just want to get to Atlanta, much less win any kind of championship. I have no idea what that high school bullshite we threw out there on defense was, but it was fricking pathetic.
