Losing this game is not an option. I would have this QB on a short leash and would not hesitate to try someone else.

I don’t think it’s that so much as he’s just not improved but regressed. Second time in two years our QB position has gotten noticeably worse as the season progresses. Maybe we need to start looking at Sheridan being the problem.
