I’m gonna be honest, I don’t like that aspect of Sears’ game. Just running in hoping for a foul is JQ trash.

This team frustrates me whether we win or lose because of all the turnovers. Seems to be a Nate Oats trademark. No one seems to know what a bounce pass looks like. I assume there is a tradeoff with Oats when we are scoring a lot.

Sears almost looks like he’s running in sand at times. Needs to the game come to him. He doesn’t have to force it all the time this year. We’ve got some dudes.

We also have yet to improve our inbound plays in all the time Nate has been here. It’s the one glaring weakness. Every inbounds feels like “are we gonna get it in time” instead of “let’s get a good quick shot here”

Better is a strong word. But hes a better iso and on ball PG right now. The offense ran so much better with him at point because of his quickness, athleticism, handle, and height/length. Sears gets locked down too easily because teams are longer more athletic guards on him.
Holloway is a good bit quicker than Sears too, but he makes some bone headed decisions out there. gets way too excited and stops thinking.
