Anyone see the article on al.com about Okoronkwo where he said that the reasons for leaving were for the starting positions were already filled and he liked the strength program at SC? Said their lifts were better and more suited for the game than Bama. I haven't thought our strength program has been as good since Cochran.

I'm gonna go ahead and trust the professionals in this regard over a kid. He left because he wasn't going to play. End.

Yes, I long for the days of the monsters with torn ACLs. FYI Cochran was a more is better dinosaur

Didn't say he was right, just what the kid said. I think our professionals need to get the team a bit stronger.

We may have had a few more injuries on the field, but we also didn't get pushed around on the LOS

I hate to be that guy, but it stinks Bama had 2 players obviously talking to Michigan before the bowl game. Who's to say extra NIL incentives aren't being discussed for info.

Then you have players transferring during the season. I could see boosters paying for info to knock other teams out of playoffs, even if the paid player doesn't transfer to the boosters school.

You know if you can buy a player, you can buy officials also to help determine the outcome of a game. No doubt in my mind that’s what happened at Neyland in 2022.

I agree 100%

Espn had the goal post going in the river before the teams got to the stadium.

I’ve not watched college game day in about 3yrs and any other commentating on ESPN.

And I’m not just saying there’s some vendetta against Bama there’s been other college game where the officiating has been suspect also. Especially big games

I thought it was the weirdest thing ever with the goalpost.

Then you have Kool-aids int getting called back, which
would have beat the points spread.

That wasn’t weightroom. That was having absolute dogs on the field. Please, I’ll wait for the list of players on a SABAN recruited team that would start back in those days. I would argue that the players that followed deboer were the only one that could have.

The NCAA provided @YahooSports with a statement:

“NCAA rules do not prevent a student-athlete from unenrolling from an institution, enrolling at a new institution and competing immediately.”

lol. lmao even.

this shite is so cooked. We're going to have kids changing schools to the opponent mid game week before long...changing teams at halftime in the not so distant future.

They can't change teams and play because they can only play if they are enrolled and last I checked you can enroll in a new university mid-season.

Anyways the NCAA is pathetic
