He allowed 31 QB pressures this year, Proctor had 13, which was the second most.
Pritchett was one of the worst OL in the last 20 years.

He was also a bad apple off the field.
Publicly spreading STDs, getting arrested, etc.
Good riddance.

We seem to have some angry posters. May have shared the same toilet seat as Pritchett.

Seriously his 2024 season was damn near like 2005 Chris Capps. He makes 2021 Chris Owens look like Barrett Jones.

What?
Alabama offensive lineman accused of knowingly transmitting STD to another person
You don't remember this?

I think misevaluation and development were a problem across the offense in the last 3-4 years of Saban’s regime. You could say this about every position on offense. There is a reason an offensive-minded coach took over but the defense was the group that got better over the course of year 1.

My post wasn't directed at you.
Just saying that we've had some angry posters lately and made a joke about the Pritchett giving STDs and toilet seats.

I am just surprised Pritchett was able to get in the right position to have sex.

Been longer than 2-3 years on the OL unfortunately.
IMO this issue has gone back to the end of the Sark era where even in 2020 with the all time great OL we had, we didn’t have the depth behind them ready to go to sustain future success.
Not to say we haven’t brought in some ultra elite guys. The Leatherwood / Latham type recruits have been as good as ever.
IMO the issue has been identification and development of the 3-4* interior maulers. Guys like Dalcourt have looked soft and lacked the type of technique you see when elite coaches get to develop guys for 3-4 years.
I mean when was the last time we needed to get 2-3 yards on 3rd down and you weren’t nervous about getting pushed back or picking up a cheap procedure penalty? 2020?

Reporting with headlines that are bad for Bama = clicks
They don’t know football. Most of the people writing about CFB never took a snap even in HS.
All they know is Bama lost a starter and that will get Auburn, Tennessee, LSU and Ohio State fans to click.

Ohio State has an experienced OT (also filled in some at OG) entering the portal, George Fitzpatrick. He was a 4 star, and is 6' 6", 313. Don't know if we're interested in him, but we need help from somewhere.

I think we got guys who will step. Some just got to drop weight and get leaner.
Formby got a lot better after he was benched.
Jackson Lloyd will be a good one.

Could be mistaken but I thought I read the he will likely go to Indiana?

Horse shite. Pritchett was getting walked back to the QB every play against Michigan by a guy he was 50 plus pounds bigger than. He was on roller skates. It was terrible.
