You don’t develop. You go steal Arizona states best lineman, or a highly rated recruit that’s a backup at like an Ohio state

I should have been more clear. What I meant was “Need Roach to start doing his damn job or show him the door and find someone who can.”

I feel like Utah always plays a zone heavy defense...so this might be a good philosophical fit if they have the athletic attributes for SEC competition.
