How do we get a foul in the bonus, with a technical, but only shoot 2? Shouldn't that be 2 shots for the foul, then 2 shots for the tech?

Let me clarify: the scorers table notifies the refs it’s his 5th foul and the ref notifies the coach. You get an opportunity to replace him. If he stays on the floor, it’s a Tech.
Should have T’ed him up.
