Gotta give credit where credit is due with AU.
While the NCAA is busy figuring out what Da U's punishment will be, and how they're going to go about the PSU situation, AU is quietly putting together a 5 star farm system. Simply get them to AU high where you can "take care" of your players one year earlier and on your home turf.

Sounds like b.s. to me. For starters, he'd have to sit out a year if he transferred in state.

No he wouldn't, if he moves to a different district, he is immediately eligible from what I've read.
