I live in Prattville and from what I've been told we have no shot at getting Golson. Has more to do with him really wanting to go out of state.

Tunsils mom is the key. If they come this weekend we have a pretty good shot.

I'm really hoping that's the case. CNS is typically pretty good with moms so here's hoping

Could someone with a Rivals account please "summarize" Bone's Chat Transcript and his article regarding the Final Stretch: 7 Things to Watch?

I agree and he was in the HEART of the boot and never wavered despite interest from LSU (mostly gauging his interest) and Texas early on.

Word on the street with both Tunsil and Thomas are both have seriously high interest yet will need staff to convince family this weekend. Henry will work the heck outta Tunsil's mom who prefers UGA but if staff can sway her or convince her that Laremy (who favors Bama) can do this and be happy with him wanting to go to Bama and it will work out with Henry (who is really the key here and by all accounts since he hit campus has been talking about this weekend since it will be his 1st opportunity to be a host. He's fired up about Bama and that is putting it lightly). With Matt Thomas it is a bit more complicated, his Mother has never made it up and she very strongly prefers schools closer so it will be a very tough pull however a few other guys at the UA game came back and told staff while he understands his mom's perspective etc he is a HUUUUGE Bama fan and knows the type success he could have in our D (CJ Moseley comparisons are evident) and the showing by CJ the other night who technically outplayed Teo only helped. Needless to say there is still a monumental vast divide the staff must bridge with her if she does show up (crossing fingers)

Will have more on a couple others later

Wouldn't Amari Cooper being from Miami help with Thomas' mother? In regards to the distance thing?

I have trouble believing that since every family is different. Sure, Cooper could explain how it isn't that difficult to see each other, but it is almost always easier to go instate if the mother wants him to stay close.

Suck-Its

- Much like BUCC recently posted... Tunsil seems to be a slight Bama lean, but his mom is All UGA. This weekend is HUGE...

- Kirby is supposed to meet with Reuben before he heads to Washington for an OV... Extremely fluid situation

- Vonn Bell's family will not be visiting Ohio State with him this weekend. Saban will use his in-home next week. Expect announcement after Vonn visit's to UT. Currently a Bama/OSU race...

- Staff is expected to drop in on Chris Jones today. Really trying to get him to visit. Florida is working on him also. Will be a tough uphill battle...

- A'Shawn Robinson is expected on the 18th. If his mommy comes, then we have a shot. But he is expected to stick with UTex...

- Eddie Jackson out of FT Lauderdale is also scheduled to visit on the 18th. He's legit (being recruited as a DB), FSU/LSU also in the running for him. He visits FSU this weekend.

- Coach Nuss will be in Cali next week checking on 2014 TE Tyler Luatua (Isaac's Brother) and 2015 QB Kevin Dillman.

- Top 2014 prospects QB David Cornwell, CB Jalen Tabor, DE Jalyn Holmes and DE Solomon Thomas have high interest and plan to visit. Bama is in the top group for Holmes and Tabor...
