why is that? we often have WRs returning kicks. we had julio doing it at times during his career. if foster is good at it, i dont see why he would not be back there.

We have Cyrus Jones and Christian Jones presently and they will be the primary return specialists for the next two years.
Julio returned kickoffs at a time when we didn't have a truly elite return man.
Arenas was so good for so long that nobody else ever got a shot, hence relying on Julio.
We should never be in that position again seeing as how we are reeling in some extremely talented players consistently.

Foster reminds me of Cord Patterson from Tennessee, who is also compared to Julio Jones because of his fluidity.
