I'm not a fan of Snitker, never have been. I don't think he knows how to manage the bullpen and we haven't been able to consistently string together hits in a long time.
The game before they demoted then traded Newcome, Snitker was asked why he put Newcome in in a high pressure situation, and Snitker replied that he couldn't put his better relievers like Matzek, Smith and Minter in because they would tire out over the season. Despite that Matzek had only pitched three innings in the entire year and he put Minter in the game 2 innings later. And that wasn't even the problem. The problem was being down 3-0 and having two runners on base, Snitker used his worst reliever and couldn't explain why he did it.
This lineup is way too talented to be performing at this level.

I think all Braves fans are all too familiar with this, but Snitker will be here till he wants to be because of winning the WS

He's basically Julio 2.0 at this point, but in a sport where a relatively insignificant soft tissue injury will keep a guy out for 4 games. Incredible talent who is going to constantly be dinged up with minor injuries and the occasional serious one. I seriously doubt we ever see him play 150+ games in a season again.

We were fortunate to win the game Saturday *because of our defensive meltdowns that lost the lead late. Couldn’t overcome it today.

Yep. Very winnable game today. Too many errors lately.
Also, didn't like the bunt in the 10th. Runner usually gets thrown out on that play.

Snitker gets his miracle season victory lap, and then he needs to retire, right ?
This is an undisciplined team, and they tend to out stupid most any club they run up against. The swing hard and hope for the best routine while striking out 10+ times per game isn't going to cut it anymore with these dead baseballs.

That streaker threw Kenleys rhythm off. He looked uncomfortable The Whole inning.
