As an employer pulling from a talent pool that is so small, you would never get anyone to sign on. As the "talent" you could legally have an argument that a clause keeps you from earning a living. Its a little easier to have non compete clauses pushed on us normal folks.

Leaving a coaching job is one thing, leaving after being there a month is pretty lame. Its not like new revelations have come to light about ole miss. Its fun to watch freeze melt though.
