but IF we somehow have an opening, I'd prefer someone with better proving grounds (if we're going the experienced/splash-hire route).

Who is out there that is more tested AND willing to leave their current school?

He doesn’t. He’s making shite up.

Kelly came out and said LSU spent $18 million on the roster this season, can he show us a quote from Lane about how much they spent? Im not holding my breath waiting.

Athletic departments and collectives don't disclose what they spend. If you are getting info from online sources it is wrong.
.

How do you know ole piss spent over $20 mill then?

That wasn’t a terrible call, it was the correct call as he clearly hooked the defender

Kat gets called for it pretty much once a game. It was clearly a hook.

Pretty easy to park on canal or in the neighborhood behind it.

And finally, he has a band called Case Oats which is pretty damn good.

Case Oats is actually his fiancé’s name.

I went both nights. Saturdays crowd was kinda obnoxious with talking and Jeff called them out numerous times. Sundays crowd was much better.

It was awesome to stand 5 feet from one of my musical heros.

The expectations in BR are way too high for any coach to come here and survive more than 4-5 seasons. we suck as a fanbase sometimes. he needs to stay at ole miss where these expectations aren't so high.

You know, some people actually thrive on high expectations, not everyone runs from the spotlight.

Nobody cares. You sound like a gigantic pussy.

Yes 100% and everyone saw it comming but lsu fans..most irrational fannase who thinks that program is bigger than it actually is. No one outside louisiana thinks lsu is as big of a job as they do. Reality about to check in though

L. O. L.

Last time I checked, Kirk Herbstreit and other national pundits that have called LSU a top 5 job in the country are outside of Louisiana.

Its weird when people just make shite up like this.

I love the quaintness of chickie wah wah.

Great vibes and sound.
Id rather watch better players, high school football is lowkey boring.

Prob comes down to how close his ties to Penn and the east coast truely are.

He hasnt coached in the northeast in over 15 years. Upenn and penn state are 3 hours apart, so its not like they were neighbors. Also, his mom and dad live in Florida now (mike’s my cousin) so its not like he would be going there to be closer to family.

Riley is still easily a top 20 coach in the country. You get his offense and QB development with our receiver talent...watch out

Now do his defenses.

Also, hes too soft and we’re trying to get rid of that kind of culture.
