In a video posted in early November, a woman who says she is a former employee of 1 Hotel West Hollywood claims Mahomes visited there with a "posse" of friends while wedding dress shopping and did not tip any of the staff during the week she was a guest, including leaving $0 on an estimated $130 bill.

Additionally, the woman described Mahomes as "genuinely unpleasant" throughout her stay.

"As a public figure, you should always go out thinking 'Okay, the people I interact with are clocking these interactions and they're gonna remember this,'" the former server said. "And I will always remember that, Brittany."
