Kyler Murray Celebrated His Rookie Of The Year With This $95K Bruce Lee Pendant
© Jasen Vinlove-USA TODAY Sports
Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray treated himself to a $95,000 Bruce Lee pendant for winning Rookie Of The Year...
quote:

We're told the ice features 40 carats of diamonds with approximately 7,800 stones ... and, all told, the drip weighs in at a whopping 330 grams.

As for the price, we've learned it was $95,000 ... but, don't worry, Murray can afford it -- he's in the middle of a 4-year, $35 MIL contract as the No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Yep, he'll be homeless any day now since he spent about a quarter of one percent of his $35 million rookie contract.

Chuck Barris, how much do you think he actually get out of that 35M after taxes? Maybe half? If he spend that much on this nonsense how do you think he’s spending the rest of it? I don’t want to judge but doesn’t seem like a great indication

Pollo, let's do the math. I'll be even more pessimistic than you and assume that Murray will only take home $17 million of that contract, and that he will earn no money whatsoever from endorsements, etc. over the next four years. In that case, he spent about one half of one percent of his rookie contract. It's the same thing as a guy who earns $50K per year after taxes spending $2000. Just wanted to interrupt the over the top criticism with a little reality. I know everyone is outraged that a Black guy spent money on jewelry, but he's really going to be ok.

He dressed like a clown at the heisman. Stereotypes often end up being 95% true in all cases. They exist for a reason
