Very interesting. Thanks for posting.
A "shame?" No.

90 percent of the current crop of LIV golfers couldn't qualify, much less compete, on the PGA Tour.

Moreover, these men are adults and professionals who made a choice to go to LIV. Our lives are largely dictated by the choices we make. Choosing to follow Greg Norman and Phil Mickelson and thinking that those two were planning to do anything other than enrich themselves was as foolish five years ago as it would be now. I feel no sympathy for any of the LIV golfers.

I also (aside from John Rahm) don't miss seeing any of them play. The PGA and DP World Tour are fully stocked with talented players of all ages. The two tours are fun to follow and watch.

 You spammed the Golf board with LIV lies for five-plus years.

First LSU game I attended in person. Still have vivid memories of the game and the crowd.

but as usual the news from the LIV side was greatly exaggerated.

It would be impossible to overemphasize this.

The irony... you shilled for LIV for five years.

During a Tuesday interview with CNBC’s Scott Wapner, LIV Golf CEO Scott O’Neil was asked about the reporting that his company was running out of funding.

“Well, I can say they’ve been terrific partners so far, and you have to take an incredible organization like PIF at their word,” O’Neil responded, “and they’ve been very public about funding us through the season. So we are full steam ahead.”

O’Neil went on to praise the efforts of various individuals at LIV Golf.

Wapner, however, pressed further and asked if O’Neil could at least confirm the four remaining tournaments on the calendar would go on as planned. O’Neil did not give a straight answer.

“What I can guarantee is a heck of a return if you come and invest in this business,” the CEO said.

LIV Golf CEO Scott O’Neil cites ’billions’ in net operating losses as one benefit to keeping tour alive

Scott O’Neil is pitching hard the investment opportunities with LIV Golf.

The league’s CEO took his pitch to Sportico on Thursday, citing one of the several benefits of investing in LIV Golf as the tax opportunities from net operating losses “in the billions.”

“We have net operating losses that are very substantial in the billions,” O’Neil said. “If you do business in the United States, if you do business in the U.K., you have an unbelievable tax opportunity.”

And Match Game.

Had a huge crush on her when I was a kid.

And she's 80 now... Damn, time flies.

Fairfax County? This is my shocked face.

Same county whose school board keeps covering up sexual assault by trannies in school bathrooms.

Same occurred next door in Loudoun County.

Will be interesting to see if Mickelson starts suing for defamation, or whatever the legal issue might be here.

Nice piece from Shipnuck dropped today… I don’t think Phil wants discovery lol.

Exactly.

And the Perez wife incident has been known for years.

There are PLENTY more incidents that Mickelson hopes never see the light of day. LIV or no LIV, he's been a creep his entire career.

Do you think Tiger or the PGA would want open-ended discovery?

No. But the question wasn't about Tiger.

The very last thing FIGJAM wants is open-ended discovery in a civil litigation matter related to his conduct leading to the formation and management of LIV.

He repeatedly made statements (publicly and privately) that he knew to be false in order to bolster interest and support for LIV and harm the PGA. And beyond his behavior via-v-vis LIV, the discovery process could and would wander into countless other of his personal and professional transgressions (some likely illegal, some likely creating civil liability, and some simply embarrassing).

There's a reason FIGJAM has disappeared in 2026 as LIV dies its inevitable death, and his absence has little to do with a family member's health.
