Hershel, 6'2", 225 ran 10.23 at Georgia. Ran 10.1 wind aided. Didn't have the nutrition and weight training in 1981 compared to today.

He's fast, but he's not really 'track fast' at that distance. He would be better suited to longer races 200m or 400m hurdles at his length.
