Did you just try to open it by hand? If so, try using a crescent wrench on it.
I was actually looking a modern conversion van for the family earlier today. Like this but with a bench seat for the 3rd row.

I agree with this. I think all the "did it for the 'gram" stuff will come to a screeching halt as it all gets replaced with (or is indistinguishable from) AI
My 6-year old calls me “big back”. I WAS flattered and thought it spoke to my over developed lats… thanks for taking that from me OP

Sounds good in theory… but I need some background as to how this isn’t just a rebranded version of price controls?

The reason this isn't simply a "price control" is that the government, through Medicaire and Medicaid is the largest buyer of prescription drugs in the US (40-45% of all prescription drugs sold in the US).

So how scary was it?

I did a final AMRAP set yesterday for 12 reps at 250. The calculator says my 1RM would be 350lbs. I am scared to try 315

It wasn't too bad surprisingly. I had a guy that I trust spotting me which makes all the difference in the world.

Those calculators are weird. I forget which weight/rep count I used recently but my estimated 1 RM was 405. Though 405 is my goal, there's no way I could do that right now.

All that being said, If you have 12 @ 250, you should easily be able to work up to 315-335 for a single.

I did not run this program but did hit a bench PR today of 375!

I recommend getting quotes from companies in Slidell, Pearl River, and Tangi.

I've saved thousands over the years on fences, HVAC, marble work, and flooring by not calling the Mandeville/Covington guys.

I am 100% convinced that “prostratitis” without a concerning PSA test is usually pelvic floor muscle issues. For younger guys, it’s overly tight muscles, for older guys, it’s weak muscles.

Do you have any advice for those with tight pelvic floor?

Don’t knock it until you try it. They are infinitely better than Eve.

St. Paul’s hasn’t marched in Eve in years. They caught too much grief from other schools students along the route.

This. It’s sad but FHS didn’t participate in Eve and instead went to Metairie last night for the same reason.
Set your DHCP to a range of 1 address allow something on the network to take that one address then statically assign leases based on MACs you know/trust.

Buddy of mine was using iPhone to text last year in Colorado in areas without cell phone service. Not sure if that’s what you are asking or the actual starlink internet. For the Internet it’s being used on offshore platforms 50-60m out. It’s slow as in almost like old school dial up but it does work.

You may be referring to the older generation (VSAT or microwave) but I have experienced Starlink on platforms from 70-150 miles offshore that get 250-300 Mbps speeds.
Terrible… also, zero white people…
Zero white people in the halftime show…
