I’ve been able to go on a few runs in the last week! My foot injury has been making steady progress and I’m full of gratitude - celebrating each run for the small victory it is.

As we take on Monday, I’m filled with an attitude of gratitude. I highly recommend a gratitude journal if you don’t already have one—or at least adding a gratitude note in your phone.??
