Good stuff.

I’m on it. 43 year old.
Awesome results.
It takes a few weeks to get going outside of just being able to eat a ton, but man once it gets going, the mass comes quick

St. George Amendment 2 question

I know it has to pass both state-wide and also EBR parish.

Are both of these counted on the ballot for tomorrow’s election?

You have been prayed for.
I went through the same drinking battle and have come out on the other side. It’s beautiful and wonderful. I’m finally happy again.
If interested in it happening to you, shoot me an email and maybe I can help:

Start slow. Only one or two new goals a week and make them easy goals.
Don’t drink sugar.
Workout three times this week.
Don’t eat cookies before bed.
Get 7,000 steps today.

And don’t deny yourself your guilty pleasures at first. Just work around them.

Most people get burnt out and fall off because they do too much too fast.

Thank goodness. This team is a constant cock tease so now we can just move on
I would keep taking the creatine.
It’ll keep your body saturated with it and there are more positive effects than just ATP/muscle
Eat tons of protein. As much as you can stomach. That will limit muscle loss.

Whatever you lose in those 3-4 weeks, and it won’t be very much at all, will come back very quickly. Muscle memory is a real thing and it’s beautiful

I took off 4 months.
Had my gains back in 6-8 weeks

A long list of former employees described in detail seeing him molest little boys

They were paid a ton of many to make these false claims

And he paid a fortune in settlements for things that never went to court.

One for sure and the insurance company did it without his blessing. Just like #MeToo once the accuser comes forward, you’re already guilty. Still happens to athletes, politicians and the super rich.

Go watch Leaving Neverland and let me know how you feel.

Another fake documentary to ruin him. They warned him years ago to be quiet about Epstein or they would silence him. They went after his music, then the pedophile angle, then they killed him

quote:

Jackson was a child molester and should be forgotten.

He loved children and quoted Jesus as the reason why. He built Neverland to protect them from pedophiles like Epstein.
He did more for children and the entire globe than Mother Theresa or Ghandi and we crucified him for it because he had dirt on the powerful and the media told you what to think

Mike was subjected to one of the largest criminal investigations ever, and after 400 witnesses were brought and multiple grand jury hearings… the FBI, courts and LAPD ruled there was no evidence or lead against him in any case and cleared him of any wrongdoing

Yes it was an all time favorite of mine.

Part 2 has already been confirmed and there’s talks of multiple sequels

We live in BR and go to the mall probably once every few months for the aquarium or food court/shopping.
We won’t be going back

Michael Jackson's Global Impact on Children

Heal the World Foundation

Michael Jackson founded the Heal the World Foundation in 1992, aiming to improve the lives of disadvantaged children globally. The foundation focused on several key areas:
Providing Medicine: The foundation supplied medical assistance to children in need.
Fighting Hunger: It worked to combat world hunger and malnutrition.
Child Welfare: The foundation addressed issues like child exploitation and abuse.

Major Contributions

Jackson's philanthropic efforts included significant financial donations, including his own, and organized events:

Financial Donations: He donated millions of dollars to various charities, including proceeds from his concerts.

Benefit Concerts: Jackson organized and performed in numerous benefit concerts, raising funds for children's causes.

Direct Support: He facilitated programs that provided food, education, and medical care to children affected by poverty and conflict.

Notable Initiatives

Some of the foundation's impactful initiatives included:

Airlift to Sarajevo: Delivered 46 tons of supplies to children in war-torn Sarajevo.

Liver Transplant Donation: Funded a Hungarian child's liver transplant, showcasing direct medical support.

Super Bowl XXVII Performance Performed at the Super Bowl to promote the foundation, raising awareness and funds.

Legacy of Compassion

Michael Jackson's commitment to helping children extended beyond financial contributions. He visited hospitals, organized events for underprivileged youth, and inspired many through his music and humanitarian efforts all while spending millions of his own money. His legacy continues to influence charitable work worldwide, emphasizing the importance of compassion and support for those in need.

He was the GOAT.
And we villainized him.
Shame on all of us.

Absolutely not. I didn’t post one untrue thing
