Shaquille O'Neal had an awkward moment on Tuesday night when he was officially served lawsuit papers for his role in the FTX scandal..
quote:

"After avoiding process servers for months, Shaquille O'Neal finally has been served in the class action lawsuit against him, Tom Brady, and others over the collapse of FTX. Shaq was served during last night's Celtics-Heat game," the report states.

I'm sorry, when did it become the fault of actors portraying roles in product commercials that the product is defective. This is absolutely ridiculous, and a sane judge should remove these athletes from the class action immediately.

How was Shaq and the other investors responsible for the shenanigans at FTX? Wouldn’t they also be victims?

They didn't portray themselves as paid actors, they portrayed themselves as investors and were getting backdoor payments for their sponsorships. I love Shaq just as much as the next LSU fan, but this isn't like an actor or athlete on a ShamWow commercial
