MLB Game Ends In Tie On Automatic Strike Call After Batter Took Too Long To Get Into Box

if the pitchers are on the clock, the batter needs to be ready and get in the box.

I've been watching the MLB spring games. I didn't think I would like the clock, but after watching the games, I like it. The pitcher is no longer standing out there daydreaming, and the batter gets into the box to hit instead of adjusting his gloves 20 times.

The players know the rules.

When did they do away with extra innings? Man I have not been paying attention.

They need to hire WWE writers to come up with some better copy than this.
