In the old days a team of NFL Pro Bowlers would play against a team of normal Joe's in flag football. I say normal Joe's...there would be a flag football tournament in all 32 NFL cities. The 32 winners would play until a champion was crowned. So basically that National Champion flag football team would then go up against pro bowlers in an exhibition flag football game as a part of Pro Bowl week. Not sure if that's what this is but obviously not the actual Pro Bowl game.
Many years ago it was a flag football team out of BR that won the New Orleans tournament and then won the whole thing. They took the pro bowlers including Dan Marino and Chris Carter down to the last series before losing. Pretty entertaining actually
