Perhaps he should give guidance to his coordinators, & let them call the shot? Stick with yaw, yaw leadership?

This HC is a Napoleon. A man who was regarded as a savvy strategist.

Ed Orgeron is basically the Donald Trump of college football. No matter what he does or what he says half of the people on this site are going to bitch and complain and scream at the sky over it

Orgeron may turn out to be semi-competent. We know a Trump is a hopeless incompetent. We know which team O represents. With Trump he may be playing for the other side.

Trump actually has had decades of success as a leader, unlike Orgeron.

Video one: we’ll have an offense to fit the quarterback’s skill set—flexibility depending on personnel. Video two: I have experience now and understand whom to hire, trust, and delegate tasks to better. I trust the staff I’ve hand picked. Defense is my specialty, and I’ll stick mostly to it; noting of course that when something does not work, I have the authority to directly point it out and have my coaches address it—at that point I step in to do only that. In all, those were great answers. They were mature, correct answers.

How LSU thought hiring this guy was a good idea is beyond rational thought. Cheapskates get the mediocrity they deserve for hiring this tool

Cheapest way to get out of miles contract and have a staff to give Aranda a little more time.. Think about it Aranda should be at TAM, something else besides money was brought up and in my opinion it was a huge possibility of being LSU's head coach in the near future

The guy says he is focused on defense and would only step in on offense if something isn't working. And your first reaction is that he's going to meddle with the offense...

And the defense, it’s the one place we know we are good to go
