The Top Three NFL Leaders In Receiving Yards Are All From LSU

LSU strengthened its status as Wide Receiver U this season after a dominant performance from many former Tigers.

Ja'Marr Chase, Justin Jefferson, and Brian Thomas Jr. are all ranked as the top three receivers in yards this season.

NFL Leaders In Receiving Yards - Top 5:
1. Ja'Marr Chase (CIN) 1,708 yards
2. Justin Jefferson (MIN) 1,533 yards
3. Brian Thomas Jr. (JAX) 1,282 yards
4. Drake London (ATL) 1,271 yards
5 Amon-Ra St. Brown (DET) 1,263 yards

Chase also led the league in catches (127) and touchdowns (17), claiming this year's Triple Crown.

Malik Nabers also had a fantastic season in his rookie campaign.

Here are all the stats from LSU's wide receivers this year:

Ja'Marr Chase (Bengals): 127 receptions, 1,708 yards, 17 TDs
Justin Jefferson (Vikings): 103 receptions, 1,533 yards, 10 TDs
Malik Nabers (Giants): 109 receptions, 1,204 yards, 7 TDs
Brian Thomas Jr. (Jaguars): 87 receptions, 1,282 yards, 10 TDs
Kayshon Boutte (Patriots): 43 receptions, 589 yards, 3 TDs
DJ Chark (Chargers): 4 receptions, 31 yards, 1 TD
Odell Beckham Jr. (Dolphins) 9 receptions, 55 yards
Terrace Marshall Jr. (Raiders): 3 receptions, 41 yards

They need to, retroactively, give Nabers his Belitnikoff.
Deion Sanders is, arguably, the best DB in the history of the NFL. He is, also, one of the best talent evaluators. He told the NFL Tyran Mathieu was a first rounder with 10 years to play in the NFL. He said Jerry Rice was not the most difficult WR for him to defend. He said it was LSU Eric Martin. Saban said you shake a tree in Louisiana and WR’s fall out. The Biletnikoff needs to be renamed the “LSU WR Award” or “The Louisiana Tree Shake Award.”

LSU is about to send Chris Hilton (if fully healthy all year) and Barrion Brown or Nic Anderson to the first round next year off a 5000 yard passing season from Nuss. Aaron Anderson could also go in the 2nd round (his height and speed relative to height will be a concern).
