Penalty on the head coach at the end of the first half caused us to give up a TD instead of a FG. That 4 points was the difference in the game. And the failure of all those penalties. Houston had 7 first downs on penalties at the worst possible moments. Caused the defense to stay on the field way longer than it should have. Several of those long drives should not have happened.

And how about that decision to take Berry out of the game because he had one fumble. It also took our running game out with it. Glad all these offensive coaches are gone. Good riddance Frank

For decades, I have watched coaches rant, rave, curse, throw stuff and never seen a 15 years penalty on the head coach. Gutless and ridiculous. Usually a sideline warning or nothing. This of course happens on the ensuing drive where LSU was robbed of a scoring opportunity on a dreadfully wrong illegal man down field call. This small group of plays and decisions turned out to be the difference in the game.

An unmerciful end to a lost season and a exclamation point to the failure and incompetence of the Brian Kelly era.

The defense is the only reason we won any games.

And they are the reason we lost several games.

Top 15 defense in points per game. It just so happens they were also on the field way more than they should have been.

Obviously defensive depth is nonexistent.

Get used to it. LSU is always going to be average-above average. Money can’t outbid more money

The difference would have been a healthy Nuss. Real shame that he suffered such a debilitating injury that robbed him of the chance to play tonight with his brothers.

To the players that played and didn't opt out, thank you.

Wish we could have gotten the "W", but I appreciated the effort.
