LSU freshman running back JT Lindsey has been suspended from the team after he was arrested on Friday.
Lindsey turned himself in to university police on Friday after an arrest warrant was issued for him.
The Alexandria native faces felony charges of accessory after the fact to second-degree murder for allegedly allowing two teenage suspects who were wanted in connection with a May 2025 shooting to stay in his dormitory room earlier this year.
His suspension leaves LSU with three scholarship running backs heading into the season.
