LSU quarterback Garrett Nussmeier spoke with reporters at The Senior Bowl this week and was asked about the future of LSU with new head coach Lane Kiffin.
quote:

“Well, I guess as (Paul) Finebaum said the other day, he’s going to get the last laugh,” Nussmeier responded. “I believe they’re going to win. I believe that they are headed in the right direction. I believe he’s great for the fit, for the culture of Louisiana, for the players in the locker room. And obviously, he’s an unbelievable X’s and O’s football coach as well, so I think they’re going to do some great things.”

yep, he had a rough year under a really bad offensive staff and seems more and more also due to some health reasons. But this offensive staff and last years oline gave him no chance. I respect the guy and wish him well.

He gave it all he had for the tigers. I still think the best game he ever played a half of was the SEC championship game against Georgia. I wish him the best like all tigers in the NFL.

Gets way too much hate on here. He may not have ended up with the senior campaign everyone wanted be he has always been a class act guy.

I see him having a Mac Jones type career. Obviously he's no Burrow, but if he can get in a good organization that's willing to give him some time I think he can be decent
