Multiple sources are reporting that charges against LSU junior defensive end Davon Godchaux have been dropped.

Godchaux was arrested Monday morning and was reportedly charged with domestic abuse battery, child endangerment, and false imprisonment.

From what I have heard from a family member of one of the parties involved. After a little investigation she assaulted him because she was "scorned" over an alleged affair Godchaux had. An arrest doesn't mean a person is guilty! He should be immediately reinstated!

I am very glad to hear that these charges have been dropped. Hopefully Davon has learned a lesson here, as he has a promising future ahead of him.....but if he doesn't learn how to conduct himself correctly pretty quickly, that can all evaporate in a flash.
