During his weekly press conference on Monday, head coach Brian Kelly was asked about former players and others calling out LSU's lack of physicality on the football team, specifally on the offensive side of the ball.

"I think we need to be more physical," Kelly responded. "I think there is always the need for physicality and how you play this game. Football is about violent colisions."
"Certainly, from an offensive line standpoint, everyone is going to look towards the physicallity there on the offensive line but those are the best five guys we have out there. If we had another group, we would certainly play them, as well."
"Listen, everybody is going to look at this, and has their opinions, and I respect everyones opinions. But there is no doubt that any time you evaulate your football team, the first thing you are going to look for is physicallity."
