The LSU coaching staff landed a commitment from Junior College tight end Connor Gilbreath late Saturday night.

Gilbreath, a 6-6, 268-pound prospect from Redding, Calif., received his offer from LSU offensive coordinator Mike Denbrock in May. His size could allow him to play offensive tackle for the Tigers.

Gilbreath committed to the Tigers over offers from Arizona, Missouri, Oregon State, NC State, Mississippi State, Miami, and others.

Dude gonna ride the pine. We need a blocking TE.

No doubt, with that metric I will guess he will never see a down at TE and be immediately moved to LT.
