Rovyvon on Amazon. Very small. About 2 inches long but it’s 650 lm has a rechargeable battery and a strobe light. It’s about $20. I’ve been carrying mine now at work for about five years and it has never missed a beat. I’ve decided if I lose it or I do tear it up I’m buying another one.

I have 2 in my neck. C5 and C6 I think. Me and meloxicam deal with the pain. When I turn my head I can hear things crunching.
